July 12, Second Saturday 

 is the date!

Yes, we are quickly coming up on the day of completion for this project!   A lot of blood, sweat and tears have gone into this project, and getting closer to handing a check to the Snack Pack Programs makes it all worth it.  The first two necklaces on this entry were donated by Julie Picarello and Mary Fassler, both amazing polymer clay artist.  They were so kind to donate their necklaces, they are both so pretty!  The rest of the necklaces are ones that I have been working on recently.  We're nearing the 500 mark, but we have just a few more to make.

Now for the serious business... we need to promote this amazing sale of these necklaces.  So, those of your reading this, if you have any connections that will spread the word about this sale for charity, please please share the info!  Know anybody at a radio station, tv station, or newspaper or magazine?  Let them know about what we're doing.  The more people who know, the better.

The sale will be during July's Second Saturday Art Walk on July 12 beginning at 6 - 9pm at the Arthouse Building at 1021 R Street in downtown Sacramento.  It's near the corner of 10th and R Street, next door to the Fox and Goose Pub.  We'll have half of the necklaces on display downstairs and half upstairs in the gallery area up with all of the artists studios.  This is a terrific place to spend a Second Saturday evening, we can't wait to see you there!
